Katherine Statsenko is an artist living and working in Brooklyn, NY. She received her BFA in Fine

Arts from Moore College of Art & Design in Philadelphia, PA. Her work is a combination of

painting and collage that references the linear structure of architectural elements. Derived from

physical spaces and utility work symbols, it explores the language of negative space of the built

environment. Exuding manipulated graphic and architectonic grids through formal elements of

painting.
